Apple and Blue Cheese Slaw

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup MUSSELMAN’S® Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 pound cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 28-ounce jar MUSSELMAN’S® Fried Apples
  • 1 cup celery, coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 unpeeled apple slices and parsley, optional

Instructions

In a shaker or jar, thoroughly combine cream, oil, salt, paprika and vinegar. Add to remaining ingredients and toss to mix just before serving. Garnish with unpeeled apple slices and parsley.
