- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ cups MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Sauce
- 1 egg, well beaten
- ⅓ cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine apple sauce and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Gently stir in nuts and cheese. Do not over mix.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
