- 1 cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
- 2 cups oats, old fashioned or quick cooking
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 24 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 Tablespoons walnuts, chopped
In a large bowl, stir together the apple butter, oats, apples, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts.
Fill 4 jars or plastic containers and seal with lids. (optional: garnish the top with additional walnuts or apples)
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. The oatmeal can be prepared up to four days in advance. (Great for planning ahead for a busy week.)
Note: If serving several people, simply cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled in small bowls the next day.
