- 1 cup MUSSELMAN’S® Cinnamon Applesauce
- 2 cups baking mix
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine 1/2 cup apple sauce with the baking mix, eggs, milk and cinnamon. Beat until smooth with wire whisk.
Pour 1/4 cup batter on lightly greased, heated griddle or electric skillet. When bubbles cover surface and edges are firm, turn and cook other side until browned
Microwave remaining 1/2 cup of apple sauce for 30 seconds.
Serve warm apple sauce over pancakes instead of syrup.
