This baked oatmeal is perfect to serve a crowd for breakfast. Made with Musselman’s Apple Pie Filling.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 3-quart rectangular baking pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in apple pie filling.
Step 3
In a second large bowl, stir together eggs, 3 cups of milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir egg mixture into oat mixture until combined.
Step 4
Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until oatmeal mixture is set.
Step 5
Serve warm in bowls with milk or half-and-half.
