This sweet and tangy BBQ sauce will please a crowd at the next picnic. Made with Musselman’s Apple Butter and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix apple butter, apple cider vinegar, water, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Brush marinade over meat in the final 10 minutes of cooking. Reserve extra sauce to serve on the side.
Use as a sauce when grilling or broiling up to 2 pounds of pork chops, pork steaks, or pork tenderloin.
