This sweet dessert cheese ball made with Musselman’s Apple Butter is perfect for picnics, parties, or a wine tasting.
Step 1
In a large bowl using paddle attachment, beat together apple butter, cream cheese, mascarpone and confectioners sugar until smooth.
Step 2
Scrape into bowl and refrigerate 1-2 hours or until well chilled.
Step 3
Place almonds in shallow bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
Remove apple butter mixture from container and mold into a ball.
Step 5
Roll in almonds to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with apples, pears and graham crackers.
