This make-ahead oatmeal with Musselman’s Apple Butter is great for planning ahead for a busy week.
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the apple butter, oats, apples, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and walnuts.
Step 2
Fill 4 jars or plastic containers and seal with lids. (optional: garnish the top with additional walnuts or apples)
Step 3
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Note: If serving several people, simply cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled in small bowls the next day.

Love this recipe. I’ve substituted raspberries and blackberries for apples. And plains Greek yogurt for vanilla flavored. This is my new go to breakfast.
