This peach cinnamon cobbler is a delightful twist on a classic! Imagine juicy peaches blended with cinnamon apple sauce, all nestled under a golden brown, buttery crumble. The warmth of the cinnamon perfectly complements the sweetness of the peaches, while the apple sauce adds a subtle tartness and ensures a lusciously moist filling. Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees . In a 9x13 pan, add both cans of Lucky Leaf peach fruit filling, Musselman's Cinnamon Applesauce and sprinkle both with cinnamon over the top.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 6 tablespoons of cold cubed butter to dry ingredients. Mix until roughly combined, mixture should look lumpy.
Step 3
Next, add boiling water to the butter & dry ingredient mixture. Gently stir mixture until combined. Spoon topping over peach & apple sauce filling and bake in over for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Step 4
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
