Peach Cinnamon Cobbler

This peach cinnamon cobbler is a delightful twist on a classic! Imagine juicy peaches blended with cinnamon apple sauce, all nestled under a golden brown, buttery crumble. Cobbler Layer

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees . In a 9x13 pan, add both cans of Lucky Leaf peach fruit filling, Musselman's Cinnamon Applesauce and sprinkle both with cinnamon over the top.

  2. Step 2
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 6 tablespoons of cold cubed butter to dry ingredients. Mix until roughly combined, mixture should look lumpy.

  3. Step 3
    Next, add boiling water to the butter & dry ingredient mixture. Gently stir mixture until combined. Spoon topping over peach & apple sauce filling and bake in over for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  4. Step 4
    Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
